A certified plumber is required for the installation of the whole-house Analemma unit.
The type of reducer, adapter, or connector required depends entirely on your home’s plumbing system. One side must have a 3/4" brass male thread - NPT (US) or BSP (EU). The side connecting to your plumbing system will typically be a press or compression fitting.
First, identify your plumbing system size and select the appropriate reducer, adapter, or connector. Always shut off your home’s water supply before installation.
When connecting the fitting to the Analemma unit, apply sealing tape, Teflon, or hemp cord to the 3/4" male thread. Use two wrenches - one to hold the unit’s connection end and the other to tighten the connector.
Next, connect the other side to your plumbing system. For compression fittings, use two wrenches: one to hold the connector and one to tighten it.
For press fittings, ensure you use the correct press pliers specified for your plumbing system.
Finally, restore the water supply and check all connections for leaks. Your Analemma Whole-House Unit is now ready for use.
Analemma Water is not responsible for the installation of the Whole-House Unit.
