Qualifications for Exchanges and Returns
- A refund, exchange, or return may be requested if:
- The item was either obviously flawed or expired when you received it, or it was damaged during delivery.
- The product you purchased was not what you got (wrong item, wrong quantity).
- Our website has an inaccurate listing for the product.
In some circumstances, if your item is undesirable, you can return it within the allotted time frame—see below—in its original condition, which includes all of its components, tags, and packing.
Conditions & Time Limits
Herbawellness-style: For a complete refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, undamaged condition, including all tags and original packing, within two days of the date of receipt. (herbawellnesswater.com)
Marham Herbal-style: Unused items with tags and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase; damaged or faulty items may be returned within 15 days. (marhamherbal.ae)
Analemma-style: Items in intact condition may be returned for unwanted products within 30 days. Items that are defective or wrong are also returned within 30 days. (Analemma)
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
- To start the procedure, send an email to Wellauraa Customer Service at [insert email] or use our website.
- Give the order number, item description, and any damaged or inaccurate photos.
- Returns of unused items must include all accompanying accessories, packing, and tags. Unless otherwise noted, return shipping is your responsibility for undesired returns.
Compensation
- We will reimburse you as soon as we get the returned items and assess their condition. The original payment method used for the purchase is used to process refunds. Depending on the bank and payment provider, it may take anywhere from five to ten business days for it to appear in your account.
- We will provide a refund or exchange at no additional cost if the item is damaged upon arrival. A complete refund will be given for cancellations made by Wellauraa (for example, if the item is out of stock or the delivery destination is outside of the area).
Exchanges
Items that fulfill the qualifying requirements are eligible for exchanges.
The substitute item must be the same or more expensive; if it is more expensive, you could have to cover the difference.
After the return has been completed, we will mail the exchange items.
Special or Personalized Orders
Unless they are flawed or incorrect, custom-made, fitted, or personalized items are often not returnable or exchangeable.
Before placing an order for such things, please carefully study the product information.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to user misuse
- Unsealed or opened items (if hygiene or safety reasons apply)
- Products with missing tags or packaging
- Shipping costs for unwanted returns (unless otherwise stated)
Shipping & Return Costs
- For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, Wellauraa covers return shipping costs and applicable taxes or duties.
- For returns due to change of mind or other reasons (unwanted items), you’ll bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
- Any customs, import/export duties or similar fees are your responsibility, depending on the terms applicable in your location.
Partial Refunds & Cancellations
- If you cancel before dispatch, full refund of product cost will be provided (minus processing or shipping if already incurred).
- If part of the order is unavailable, you may cancel or modify the order without penalty.
